Admissions Policy

St. James Episcopal School of Dallas admits students without regard to race, religion, national or ethnic origin and all students have access to all programs and activities.  Students are accepted for admission after careful consideration of the child’s potential to be a productive and cooperative member of the school community.

After receipt of the completed Registration Form, Registration Fee, and the first Tuition Payment, the child will be enrolled in his/her age appropriate level. Parents of children who are accepted are requested to have their child’s physician complete the School Health Form (including, their Immunization Records) along with the other forms necessary to complete their child’s file and return them to the School by the specified date. The school will reserve a place for the accepted child until that date, but cannot guarantee a place after that time. All children entering the Primary (3-6 year old) Class must be toilet trained.

The school facilities are provided by St. James Episcopal Church of Dallas. Therefore, members of the church are given preference in admissions, as are current students and their siblings.
